Former RCC coach named inductee for CCCAA basketball hall of fame

Former Riverside City College and San Bernardino Valley coach John Smith has confirmed that he will be inducted into CCCAA Basketball Hall of Fame.

Smith spent nine seasons as head coach for the RCC men’s basketball program before taking the position as associate head coach at Cal State Fullerton.

While coaching at SBVC, he also served as an assistant athletic director.
