It was another weekday morning driving to work and attending school for most, but to Riverside City College men’s and women’s cross country team it was a chance at a conference title.
The men’s cross country team finished in first place while the women placed fifth at the Southern California Preview Championships hosted by the Orange Empire Conference on Sept. 16.

The Riverside City College women’s cross-country team won its first Orange Empire Conference Championship since 1991. The RCC men’s cross-country team finished third.
