San Bernardino Valley College closed after bomb threat

San Bernardino Valley College, a community college in the city of San Bernardino which is much like Riverside City College, was closed Monday evening following a bomb threat.

The following tweet was sent out by the SBVC’s official Twitter account at 5:29 p.m.

The college also tweeted that the campus will remain closed until further notice.

It is at least the third known threat made toward a local school campus in the past two weeks. Other schools affected included Rialto Carter High School and Grand Terrace High School. These threats followed the Mass Shooting in San Bernardino that left 14 people dead on Dec. 2.
