Author and illustrator Vibiana Aparicio-Chamberlin will be present at Riverside City College Nov. 17 in the Digital Library Auditorium from 12:50-1:50p.m.
Aparicio-Chamberlin will discuss life in East L.A. in the 1940s to the present. The guidance and relationship Aparicio-Chamberlin had with her mother was one of the many driving factors that inspired her artwork and the Mexican folktales that led her to her creative ventures.
