Riverside City College Campus police detained a suspect on Mine Okubo Dr. by taser point on May 18 at approximately 1 p.m. for possible possession of a knife. As described by students, the suspect rode onto campus on a bike and then proceeded to smoke what appeared to be a blunt or cigar with a metallic item in one of his hands.
