The Riverside City College women’s basketball team had its season come to an end on Feb. 27 against Long Beach City College, 62-51, in a semifinal state playoff game at Hall of Champions Gym in Long Beach.
The Riverside City College women’s basketball team clinched a playoff berth, after putting up a third place Orange Empire Conference finish for its second straight year.
Tierra Fuqua and Tori Mitchell were named the 2015 Riverside City College women’s basketball co-Most Valuable Players during the team’s annual banquet, according to the RCC athletic site.

Cuesta entered the game at 23-7 following off a loss
