The Community Garden at RCC has empty plots available.
Interested students, staff, or student organizations are urged to contact Preston Galusky, Associate Professor of Life Sciences and RCCG manager, by Friday, October 19.
Assignations are expected to be set by October 26.
Plots are available in small, medium, or large spaces with prices set at $10, $15 and $20 a year respectively. Raised garden beds are also available to those in need of accommodation.
A limited number of applicants will be able to receive a plot in exchange for 20 volunteer hours.
The garden aims to promote and bring awareness to healthy and sustainable living and gardening practices.
