The last we saw of Weezer they were hanging out with the Muppets in the video for the single “Keep Fishin’.” Now with the release of “Make Believe” and its first single, “Beverly Hills,” the boys in Weezer are hanging with bunnies. Playboy bunnies that is.
Three hundred and twenty three. This is the number of Riverside Community College students who decided who would oversee the Associated Students of RCC’s budget of $558,406. And these few votes may be thrown out. Of these meager votes 197 went to Ashley DiMuccio and Mike Gasca.
Most people hear “Riverside Plaza” and think “food.” However, the retail market is not far behind. You can find a movie theater almost anywhere nowadays. The Regal Cinemas 16 is conveniently located in the middle of Main Street in the plaza. Pinkheart, located next to the Pickup Stix restaurant, specializes in fashion accessories including makeup, jewelry and prom accessories.
Riverside Community College has a reputation for the high quality of its instructors and programs. The campus is host to many strong programs that capture students from all over and the professionalism of those who teach classes can take some of the credit for that.
On the weekend of May 7 the Riverside Community College was at Saddleback at the Southern California Championship, only one step away from the state meet. More than 20 team members were competing to move on to the state championship. Out of a total of 39 women’s track teams, RCC finished 14th.
