Riverside City College’s Digital Library will be hosting a free documentary showing of Miss Representation May 17 at 6 p.m. An open-forum panel will follow the showing discussing how mainstream media contributes to the under-representation of women in influential positions by circulating limited and often disparaging portrayals of women.
Riverside City College’s Career Center will be hosting a job fair to encourage students to connect, network and get jobs May 19. The fair will be held in the RCC Quadrangle Courtyard from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event is free to all students and community members.
