The RCC Community Garden is competing for one of four $20,000 or one of twenty $10,000 grants from Seeds of Change. The fifty gardens with the most votes will move into a second round where their essays and applications will be read by judges. Riverside walk for wishes
Make a Wish foundation will be at Fairmount Park April 9 at 7:30 a.m. for its annual Riverside Walk for Wishes event. Riverside City College secured a decisive win against Orange Coast College in an Orange Empire Conference track and field meet on March 25, winning 110-42. The men also won in convincing fashion, 107-50.
The Riverside City College baseball team was able to come away with two non conference wins over Santa Barbara City College and Taft College following a five game losing streak to start conference play.
