The Riverside City College golf team hosted the Riverside Invitational tournament on Feb. 29 on their home turf at the Victoria Country Club golf course.
RCC finished in fifth place with a collaborative score of 379, and conceded defeat four strokes shy of the tournament winners Reedley College.
Reedley College recorded a team score of 375.
The tournament featured quite the competitive display with only five points separated the first five places.
RCC is scheduled to play at the El Prado Golf Course in Chino Hills on March 9 at 12 p.m.
