RCC track and field athletes transfer to universities

Riverside City College’s athletic department announced that six members of the track and field team have transferred mid-season to four universities. All six were state meet competitors.

Two members, Todd Handley and Aaron Hickman, are alumni of Martin Luther King High School in Riverside. Hickman has transferred to Cal State San Marcos while Handley has transferred to West Texas University.

Justin McKinley (Vista Murrieta High) transferred to Cal State Bakersfield while Diego Felix (Coachella Valley) is headed to Cal State Long Beach.

John Kane (Great Oak) will compete for Clemson University and Tanner Townsend (Castle View High in Colorado) has transferred to the University of Nebraska.
