A total of 14 members of the 2014 Riverside City College track and field team will compete at university levelAmong the universities behind attended including USC, UC Riverside and Arizona State.

Just’n Thymes –   (100m 2nd in state both years/200 (state champ 2013 2nd in 2014)/4×100/4×400 All-American)  full ride USC

Sterling Winston – (200/400/4×100/4×400 All-American) full ride Arizona State

Phillip Bailey – (Decathlon 4th in 2013/3rd in 2014 All American) full ride Chico State

Zack Lewis – 2014 – (400IH 4th in state 2013/4th in state 2014)  UCR full ride

Matt Vasal – (200/400/4×400 All American) partial ride UCR

Jacob Porter – (400IH 5th in state 2013/2nd in state 2014) UCR full ride

Gabriel Vargas – (Shot Put 2nd in state), Discus 2nd is state All American) full ride University of Texas, San Antonio

Ryan Kent – (Shot Put, Discus, and Hammer) -2nd is state  All American) full ride University of Texas, San Antonio

Mark Sutton  – (Shot Put, Hammer and Discus) – State in the shot put  full ride Benedict University

Zedric Jackson-Jones – (Hammer) full ride Benedict University

Joshua Jeter – (110HH, 400IH, 800m)  full ride Cal State Los Angeles

Connor Einck – (SP, Discus, Hammer) State Champion in Shot Put, All American in hammer and discus  Chico State

Tyler Parrish – (800m/1500m/XC)  partial ride to Tabor College

Michael Waltrip – (5k/10k/XC)  Cal State San Marco walk on

Aaron Hickman –  (200/400/4×400)  Cal State San Marco walk on

Alex Cisneros – (800 meters/XC) Sac State walk on

Joel Sincock –  (800/1500/XC)  University of La Verne

Scott Davis –  (5K/Steeple Chase) Oregon walk on to Oregon track club
