According to RCCathletics.com, five members of the 2013 Riverside City College baseball team have recently accepted scholarships to four-year universities and will continue their athletic careers.

Cal State Los Angeles has offered RCC’s Joe Molina and Chris Oropesa scholarships.

Both Oropesa and Molina are right-handed pitchers.

Catcher David Schuknecht will play at UC Santa Barbara after signing his scholarship offer.

Left handed pitcher Chad Diffine will stay in the Inland Empire pitching on the mound for Cal State San Bernardino.

Infielder Ricardo Rodriguez will play for Sterling College after accepting an offer.
