The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” started in 1984 as a comic book and then shot to massive popularity with the cartoon series of the same name in 1987. A feature film followed in 1990, with actors in rubber suits and, for a few years, was considered the highest grossing independent film of all time.

Vandalism strikes structure

It all happened in a blink of an eye; on Feb. 14 another parking structure level sign was tagged by a young adult around the age of 20. He would escape the scene, was apprehended by Riverside City College officer Sheri L. Corral soon after. Corral has been on the look out since the day she saw graffiti in the parking structure.
