A new addition has been added to the Riverside City College women’s sports, which helps the college comply with Title IX, sand volleyball is now apart of the sports offered at RCC, according to interim athletic director Jim Wooldridge.
The head coach of sand volleyball, which is to be offered during the spring semester, will be Jamie Hoffman, the women’s volleyball assistant coach.
The team is scheduled to visit Golden West on Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. for their first match of the season, according to the California Community College Athletic Association website.
